Refund policy

Return Requirements

The Item:

  • All tags must still be attached.  
  • Make sure there are no makeup or deodorant stains, animal hair or cigarette smoke odour. 
  • Items can't be worn, altered or washed. 
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box.
  • Shoe boxes must be returned inside another box or protective mailer (ie. you cannot tape the shoe box shut and stick a label on it)

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Any item in the sale/clearance section. 
  • Any item marked down/discounted greater than 25% off the original price (includes BOGO items)
  • Shoes without the original box

No exceptions or exchanges.  Gift cards can't be returned or refunded.

Store Credit: Your item must be received or postmarked* within 30 days from the date your order was placed.  You will receive an e-gift card once your return has been processed to the email that you checked out with. 

Refund: Your item must be received or postmarked* within 14 days of the order date to receive a full refund.  Once we process your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund. 

*Postmarked means it has been accepted and scanned in at the post office.  Simply creating a label does not count.

Return Shipping 

Ship it via the carrier of your choice.  Return address: Livy Loo Boutique, 451 Motz Blvd. Exeter, Ontario N0M 1S1. **Please get a tracking number to track your package.  We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Returns Processing

  • Once we receive your return please allow 2-5 business days for it to be processed. 
  • If a return is received without specifying a refund or store credit, store credit will be automatically given.

Anything Wrong?

  • PLEASE inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt.
  • If you believe you have received something defective please contact us within 3 days of order receipt at support@livyloo.ca so we can address the issue. 
  • If it has been longer than 3 days, tags have been removed or item has been worn or washed, it becomes ineligible for replacement.

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are placed.
